01Overview
Adon Media Group Inc runs a documented compliance program for the campaigns, landing pages, forms, lead delivery and data services it operates for itself and for clients. The program covers our written policies, the internal controls built into our systems, regular reviews, training, partner and traffic-source vetting, and complaint handling.
Management owns the program and is responsible for keeping it current. This page is a summary for partners, clients and consumers. It is not legal advice or a certification.
02Written policies
- Data Collection & Use Policy: notice, TCPA and E-SIGN consent, consent records, validation, minimization, delivery, opt-outs, suppression and retention.
- Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy: what we collect, why, and the choices people have, including Global Privacy Control.
- Security & Compliance: encryption, access control, monitoring, incident response and vendor review.
- Acceptable Use Policy: rules for clients, partners and traffic suppliers, including prohibited marketing practices.
03Internal controls
Many requirements are enforced by our systems, not only by written rules:
- Consent checkboxes are never pre-checked; optional calls/texts consent is separate from the required terms.
- The exact consent text, its version, time, IP address and user agent are stored with every submission.
- Form fields are validated on both the browser and the server before anything is stored or delivered.
- Records are saved before delivery, and every delivery attempt and partner response is logged.
- Opt-out requests are recorded on an internal do-not-contact list; those contacts are excluded from our own outreach and from any secondary sharing, and partners that received the data are told.
- A Global Privacy Control signal or a site opt-out limits sharing to the partners needed to answer the person’s own request.
- Sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit; admin access is token-protected and limited to those who need it.
- Rate limits and duplicate checks stop abuse and resale of the same request.
04Monitoring and quarterly reviews
Every quarter, management completes a documented compliance review that covers:
- live landing pages, forms and disclosures against our policies and current law;
- a sample of stored consent records and delivery logs;
- opt-out, suppression and Global Privacy Control handling, end to end;
- access permissions, credentials and security settings;
- active traffic sources, creatives and partner requirements;
- complaints received and how they were resolved.
We also review before launching any new funnel, form, traffic source or partner. Findings are recorded with the date and owner.
05Reporting and corrective action
Any compliance gap found in a review, a complaint or a partner notice is reported to management right away. We decide a fix and a deadline, carry it out, check that it worked and record the outcome. Serious issues — such as data shared without valid consent — are fixed first, and affected partners are notified when needed.
06Training schedule
Everyone who works on our funnels, traffic, data or partner integrations — including contractors — is trained before starting. After that, each module is refreshed on the schedule below. Additional training is given within 30 days of any relevant change in law, regulator guidance or partner requirements. Each session is logged with the date, attendees, modules and trainer.

07Partner and traffic-source vetting
- New traffic sources, affiliates and buyers are reviewed before launch: identity, methods, creatives and landing pages.
- Prohibited methods — fake or incentivized leads, cookie stuffing, misleading creatives, cloaking — mean rejection or removal.
- We monitor quality, duplicates and complaints by source, and pause any source that breaks our rules.
- Partners must honor opt-outs and use data only for the purpose the person agreed to.
08Complaint handling
Anyone can send a complaint to hello@adonmedia.group with the subject “Complaint”.
- Acknowledgment within 2 business days.
- Investigation of our records — consent, timing and where data was sent — and, where needed, the partner involved.
- Response with findings and actions, aimed within 15 business days. If more time is needed, we explain why.
- Opt-out on request, applied at once to our suppression list.
Every complaint is logged, and complaint trends are part of each quarterly review.
09Records
We keep consent records, review records, training records and complaint logs for at least five years, or longer where law or a contract requires. Records can be provided to partners and regulators on a valid request.
