Acceptable Use Policy

01Who this policy applies to

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the website, services, campaigns, platforms, APIs, bots or automations that Adon Media Group Inc builds, hosts or operates — including clients, partners, publishers and traffic suppliers.

It is part of our Terms of Service and our written agreements. We may update it as laws and platform rules change.

02Prohibited products, offers and content

• Illegal products or services, or offers that require a license the advertiser does not hold.
• Deceptive or unsubstantiated claims, fake scarcity, fake reviews, fake endorsements or fake news-style pages without clear disclosure.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Hate, harassment, threats or content that promotes violence.
• Sexually explicit content, or content that exploits minors in any way.
• Malware, phishing or impersonation of people, brands or government bodies.
• Anything that breaks the policies of the platform where it will run.

03Prohibited marketing practices

• Email, SMS or calls without the consent the law requires, or to numbers on Do-Not-Call lists without a valid exemption.
• Collecting, buying, selling or sharing personal information without proper notice and consent.
• Fraudulent or low-quality traffic: bots, click farms, cookie stuffing, ad stacking, pixel stuffing, forced clicks or undisclosed incentivized traffic.
• Fake or misleading lead forms, or forms that hide who will receive the data.
• Cloaking — showing reviewers different content than users — or creating accounts to evade platform enforcement.
• Bidding on brand terms or using trademarks where the offer terms or the law do not allow it.

04Data misuse

• Using data received from our campaigns for any purpose other than the one disclosed to the person.
• Reselling or re-sharing that data unless it was disclosed and consented to.
• Attempting to re-identify de-identified or aggregated data.
• Using data to discriminate unlawfully or to target vulnerable people with harmful offers.

05Automation, scraping and bots

• Automations and data collection must be lawful and used only for data you are entitled to access and use.
• Respect access controls, rate limits and the terms that apply to the target systems.
• No automation built to spam, defraud, fake engagement or reviews, or bypass security measures such as CAPTCHAs or logins you are not authorized to use.
• No credential stuffing, account takeover or unauthorized account creation at scale.

06AI use

• No deceptive deepfakes or impersonation of real people or organizations.
• Disclose AI-generated content or AI assistants where law or platform rules require it.
• No generation of illegal, infringing or harmful content.
• Keep human review in place for AI outputs used in regulated or high-impact decisions.

07Security and system integrity

• No unauthorized access, probing or scanning of our systems or anyone else’s.
• No denial-of-service attacks or attempts to overload services.
• No sharing of credentials or API keys, and no use beyond agreed quotas and rate limits.
• Report suspected vulnerabilities as described on our Security & Compliance page.

08Regulated categories

Offers in regulated categories — such as insurance, financial services, health and wellness, legal services and education — must comply with the laws and licensing rules that apply to them, and every claim must be substantiated. We may ask for proof of licensing or substantiation before launching a campaign.

09Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may:

• investigate, and ask for information or changes;
• remove content, pause campaigns or block traffic sources;
• suspend or end services or access;
• withhold payment for fraudulent or non-compliant traffic, as our agreements allow;
• report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

10Report a violation

To report abuse or a suspected violation, email hello@adonmedia.group with the subject “Abuse report” and include as much detail as you can.
