01Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Adon Media Group Inc (“Adon”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal information when you visit adonmedia.group, contact us, work with us as a client or partner, or otherwise interact with our business.
This policy covers:
- visitors to this website and people who use our contact and project-enquiry forms;
- business contacts at our clients, prospects, vendors and partners (“B2B data”);
- people who email, call or message us.
When we build or run campaigns, landing pages and forms, the notice shown on that form tells you who is collecting your information and why. How we handle data in those campaigns is described in our Data Collection & Use Policy. When we process personal information on behalf of a client, we act as that client’s service provider (or “processor”), and the client’s own privacy notice applies.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and project-enquiry forms: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), project type, budget range and the project details you write.
- Communications: the content of emails, calls, messages and meeting notes when you contact us.
- Client and contract information: contact details of the people we work with, contract and billing details, and information needed to deliver services, such as account access you choose to grant us.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL and timestamps, recorded in server and security logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies: strictly necessary storage, plus analytics and advertising-measurement cookies only if they are enabled on this site and only after you accept them. See our Cookie Policy.
- Privacy signals: whether your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.
B2B partner and client data
When we work with businesses, we handle business contact details (names, job titles, work emails and phone numbers), account and contract records, invoicing details, technical configuration such as API endpoints and credentials, and campaign or integration performance data. We keep this information to run the relationship and deliver the work.
Information from other sources
We may receive business contact information from referrals and public sources such as company websites and professional networks, and aggregated reporting from advertising platforms and analytics tools.
Sensitive information
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website. Please don’t include information such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers or health details in your messages.
03How we use information and our legal bases
We use personal information only for clear business purposes. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the legal bases below.
| Purpose | Examples | Legal basis (EEA/UK) |
|---|---|---|
| Respond to enquiries | Reply to your message, schedule calls, send proposals | Steps before a contract; legitimate interests |
| Provide services | Deliver projects and campaigns, support, reporting | Performance of a contract |
| Run our business | Invoicing, accounting, vendor and partner management | Contract; legal obligation; legitimate interests |
| Operate and secure the site | Hosting, rate limiting, abuse and fraud prevention, troubleshooting | Legitimate interests |
| Analytics | Understand site usage to improve content (only if enabled and accepted) | Consent |
| Business updates | Occasional relevant updates to business contacts; you can opt out any time | Legitimate interests or consent where required |
| Legal and compliance | Record keeping, responding to lawful requests, enforcing terms, defending claims | Legal obligation; legitimate interests |
We do not use personal information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
04How we share information
We do not sell contact-form data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run our business — for example hosting and infrastructure, email, security, analytics (if enabled), accounting and professional advisers. They may use the information only to provide services to us, under contracts that require confidentiality and appropriate security.
- Clients and partners — limited business contact information, when needed to deliver an engagement you are part of.
- Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law or legal process, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, or to protect the rights, property and safety of our business, our clients or others.
- Business transfers — as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your direction or consent — when you ask us to share information or agree to it.
If advertising-measurement cookies are enabled on this site and you accept them, the platforms that provide them may receive device and browsing information. Some US state laws treat this as “sharing” or “targeted advertising”. You can opt out at any time — see Your privacy choices.
05Cookies and similar technologies
By default, this website uses only strictly necessary storage, such as remembering your cookie choice. If we enable analytics or advertising tags through Google Tag Manager, they stay off until you accept them, and advertising storage stays off when your browser sends a GPC signal. Details, including cookie names and durations, are in our Cookie Policy.
06How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it.
| Information | Retention |
|---|---|
| Contact-form enquiries that don’t become projects | Up to 24 months after our last contact |
| Client, contract and billing records | For the relationship, plus up to 7 years for tax, accounting and legal purposes |
| Rate-limiting records (keyed hash of IP address) | 24 hours |
| Server and security logs | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics data (only if enabled and accepted) | Up to 14 months |
| Opt-out and suppression records | As long as needed to honor your request |
We may keep information longer where the law requires it or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
07How we protect information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including:
- Encryption in transit with TLS (HTTPS) across the site and our APIs.
- Encryption at rest — contact-form submissions are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, with the key kept separate from the database records.
- No raw IPs for rate limiting — we store only a keyed hash of the IP address, and delete it after 24 hours.
- Access controls and least privilege — only people who need information for their role can access it.
- Logging and monitoring — systems are monitored around the clock, and security-relevant events are logged.
- Vendor review — we assess service providers before sharing data with them.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information. Learn more on our Security & Compliance page.
08International transfers
We and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. These countries may have data-protection laws different from yours. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we use recognized safeguards for transfers, such as standard contractual clauses, and we protect the information as described in this policy wherever it is processed.
09Your rights under US state privacy laws
Depending on where you live — including California (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) and other states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you, and how we collect, use and disclose it;
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Portability — receive a copy in a usable format;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it to infer characteristics about you);
- Appeal our decision on your request, where your state provides this right;
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

11How to exercise your rights
- Email hello@adonmedia.group with the subject “Privacy request” and tell us what you would like us to do.
- We will verify your request by matching details you provide with information we hold. We only use this information for verification.
- You may use an authorized agent. We may ask for proof of the agent’s authority and verify your identity directly.
- We respond within the time required by law — generally 45 days under US state laws and one month under GDPR — and will tell you if we need an extension.
- If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying with the subject “Privacy appeal”. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state attorney general or data-protection authority.
12Your privacy choices
- Global Privacy Control: we honor GPC automatically. When your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising for that browser, and advertising cookies stay off.
- Cookie choices: if analytics are enabled, you can accept or decline them in the cookie banner and change your choice later through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
- Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: we do not sell personal information. To opt out of any sharing through advertising cookies, decline cookies, turn on GPC, or email us with the subject “Do not sell or share”.
- Emails: every business update includes an unsubscribe link, or you can reply and ask us to stop.
13Do Not Track
There is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, so we do not respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control, as described above.
14Children’s privacy
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Campaigns we run are aimed at adults. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
15Third-party websites and platforms
Our website may link to third-party websites and platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them. Platform names mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners.
16Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top, and for material changes we will provide a more prominent notice, such as a notice on this website or an email to clients.
